Lindenwood University is a small liberal arts college in St. Charles, Missouri.

Lindenwood's Institute for the Study of Economics and the Environment is designed to inform students about environmental health risks. The Institute sponsors lectures from conservative thinkers on topics such as environmental protection through free-markets, the ineffectiveness of the Kyoto protocol and the faulty science of climate change, and the benefits of opening ANWR to drilling. Speakers hailed from organizations such as The Heritage Foundation, the Political Economy Research Center, and the Atlas Economic Research Foundation.
