currently runs 'The "Art" of Weather' website. The FAQ section of this site asks "Is Global Warming Real?", but the link to the answer is dead.

Art Horn was raised in the town of Groton, Connecticut where he showed an early interest in becoming a weatherman. By the age of 7 he was watching the weather on TV every night and collecting weather maps from the government. In elementary school Art would bring his own weather forecast into school and post it for his fellow students. In the boy scouts he earned the weather merit badge by making his own weather instruments. As the years moved on Art’s interest in weather continued. Eventually, he earned his degree in Meteorology with honors from Lyndon State College. After school Art was employed by two weather consulting companies in the Boston area.
