Dr. Moore is a former member of President Reagan's Council of Economic Advisors. His stated research interests are "international trade, regulation, the environment, and privatization".
Moore has written widely on the subject of global warming, stating his opinion that global warming would have no negative consequences, and might have positive ones. He has written a book entitled "Climate of Fear: Why We Shouldn't Worry about Global Warming" (Cato Books, 1998).
