Boudreaux's writing has been widely published, including Reason Magazine and the Cato Journal
He served as president of the Foundation For Economic Education from May of 1997 until the Summer of 2001. Before that, from 1992 until 1997, he was Professor of Law and Economics at Clemson University. He also served on the economics faculty at George Mason University from 1985 through 1990. During the Spring 1996 semester he was a Visiting Fellow in Law and Economics at the Cornell Law School. His PhD in economics is from Auburn University and his law degree is from the University of Virginia.
