Dr. Wolff "has been conducting research on air quality issues for over 25 years and has published nearly 100 peer-reviewed articles on air pollution and atmospheric science in the scientific literature. Dr. Wolff is a member of U.S. EPA’s Science Advisory Board and served as Chair of EPA’s Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee during the recent review of the ozone and particulate matter air quality standards. He also serves on numerous scientific/environmental committees for the automobile industry, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Research Council, the Health Effects Institute, and the State of Michigan. He is a fellow member and former director of the Air and Waste Management Association and is a member of the American Meteorological Association."
Dr. Wolff is a spokesman for the Annapolis Center on environmental issues.
"He has a B.S in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Meteorology from New York University, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Rutgers University."
